CDM / Health & Safety

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 require that Health & Safety is now managed throughout the construction process from conception, design and planning through to site construction and future maintenance and repair.

As qualified CDM Coordinators we are appointed by clients looking to undertake a building project and our duties are to identify and co-ordinate the Health & Safety issues, culminating in the production of a document covering all aspects of Health & Safety for that building.

Our fee for this type of work is normally calculated as a percentage of the estimated contract sum or can be a fixed fee.
