Project Management

We are able to offer contract management on a flexible basis according to the needs of the particular contract and by agreement before the start of the works.

Contract management includes pre-contract advice, advice on appropriate contract documentation, financial advice, legal advice including compliance with statutory regulations, supervisory inspections during the works, certifying payments, financial control, checking contractors final accounts, control of the defects period (the six months following occupation of the building) and checking the making good of any defects. Final Certification.

We feel that contract management is particularly valuable to a client where he is entering into a package deal.

Even where a full-time Clerk of Works is employed a client may still benefit from a weekly consultation from this Practice.
